About
The 3-star Mansfield Private Reserve is situated along the Kowie River, approximately 11 kilometers from Port Alfred. The vegetation and animal life are typical of Eastern Cape bushveld. The indigenous aloe grows in abundance on the farm.
The reserve is also popular with day visitors. For a small fee, enjoy a self-guided game drive or braai at one of the designated picnic spots near the swimming pool.
The camp sites are situated a mere 50 meters from the Kowie River. Facilities include communal open-air ablutions with toilets and hot water showers, as well as braai facilities. Generated power is available upon request, at an hourly rate.
