Refund policy:

You have the right to cancel your booking based on the specific cancellation policy outlined by the Host (campsite owner). Each Host may set their own cancellation policy, which is clearly displayed on the booking page before you confirm.

  • • Eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • • Non-refundable fees: Service fees and other booking-related charges may not be refunded, depending on the cancellation policy, there is a 15% non-refundable booking fee based on iwannacamp when booking through the website.

Delivery policy:

At iwannacamp, we aim to make your camping adventure easy and hassle-free. Because we offer digital booking services, our ‘delivery’ process refers to the confirmation and management of your campsite reservations.

1. Nature of delivery:

iwannacamp provides non-physical, digital services, including:

  • • Access to campsite listings
  • • Booking and reservation services
  • • Confirmation emails or booking vouchers
  • • Access to your user dashboard to manage bookings
  • • There is no physical goods shipped

2. Booking Confirmation Delivery:

Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive:

  • • A confirmation email with your booking details
  • • An electronic receipt
  • • Any special instructions or check-in information provided by the Host
  • • If you do not receive your confirmation within 1 hour, please check your spam/junk folder

3. Delivery timeframes:

  • • Bookings are confirmed immediately or withing a few minutes after payment
  • • In rare cases where a Host needs to manually confirm, delivery may take up to 24 hours
  • • If a booking cannot be confirmed, you will be notified

4. Accessing your bookings:

  • • You can contact your Host directly for any cancelation or rescheduling, based on their policy.
  • • You also have the option of cancelling on your reservation received email

5. Issues or delays:

If you experience any issues with delivery (e.g. no confirmation, incorrect booking info), please contact our support team admin@iwannacamp.co.za

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome at many of our campsites, but policies vary by location. Please check the specific rules for your chosen accommodation as some sites may have restrictions or require additional fees for pets.

Governing laws and jurisdictions:

Governing Law and Jurisdiction is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act, POPI Act and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Cancellation policy:

iwannacamp does not handle cancellations directly with the end user as refunds and cancellations are based on the Host's cancellation and refund policy.

iwannacamp has a non-refundable 15% booking fee.

Pricing (must be in Zar):

iwannacamp has a 15% commission structure on all bookings made through the website.
